COSIM was founded by Florian, who brings over thirteen years of professional experience in the Service sector.
Throughout his career, he held various cross-functional roles, including project manager, consulting manager, HR manager, and sales manager, which helped him develop the skills necessary to pursue his entrepreneurial ambitions. With this experience, he naturally transitioned to the property hunter profession, eager to apply his energy and expertise to assist private individuals. Before launching COSIM, Florian spent three years working as an apartment hunter.
Florian holds a real estate professional card (CPI 75012018000026674) for "transactions sur immeubles et fonds de commerce."
