Real Estate Hunter
The fees for our flat hunting service are payable only if your property search is successful. We share your objective, and our remuneration depends on the success of your property search. You pay nothing, and there are no hidden costs, until you have signed a compromis de vente or promesse de vente and finalized the purchase of your flat or house. We will do everything in our power to find you the property that meets your expectations.

Our fee schedule for flat hunter
Our flat-hunting fees are based on the services we provide and the amount of the offer to purchase your property. For full support, the fees, inclusive of tax, are calculated on the basis of the purchase price excluding ‘notary fees’, using a sliding scale of rates applicable by cumulative bracket with no threshold effect.
- Up to €500,000 : 2.9% with a minimum of €12,000 incl. VAT
- From €500,000 to €750,000 : 2.5%
- From €750,000 to €1,000,000 : 2%
- From €1,000,000 to €1,500,000 : 1.5%
- More than €1,500,000 : 1% VAT
Illustration of the calculation method for a purchase price of €1,220,000 excluding ‘notaire’s fees’ :
500,000 x 2.9% + [750,000 – 500,000] x 2.5% + [1000,000 – 750,000] x 2% + [1220,000 – 1000,000] x 1.5% = €29,050 incl. VAT.
If the client wishes to select the properties themselves, we offer a 25% reduction in our fees.
